Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused.

• Product must be in its original packaging.

• Product must not be damaged by the customer.

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
